I'm not having a big wedding so i don't need any place huge. i just need a inexpensive place that will still leave an impression.

Assuming you are working with a modest budget?
Northwest Recreaction Center, 5801 22nd Ave. North, St. Petersburg,FL. Just built, lovely room, full kitchen. Looks fantastic when decorated for wedding.

Yes, the Holiday Inn Riverfront in Bradenton has reasonable prices and banquet space that wil accommodate 20-200 guests.
