Total Find!!!!

OMG! I found a total gem in my budget (which is not much to say the least). The Marriott Airport with Ck's!!! The ballroom there is so beautiful. I didn't think we could afford a Marriott, but we could and it is spectacular.

I am beginning the hunt for a wedding and reception sites in Pinellas County. I am on a tight budget and I would appreciate any advice or suggestions.

Hi. I was wondering if anyone knew of reception sites that allow outside caterers in the Tampa Bay? Or possibly renting a mansion/home for it?

Hilton Garden INN - Temple Terrace

Has anyone had or been to a wedding at the Hilton Garden Inn in Temple Terrace. Tampa? They seem like wonderful people but I just wanted to check.

I am trying to fin a pretty location that doesn't look like a hotel ballroom to have a old world style rceremony/reception...any help?

St. Pete Recep - Trade Winds vs. Grand Plaza

Anyone held a reception at either one of these places? We had it pretty much set on the Presidential room in the Grand Plaza Resort (formerly Holiday Inn) for our reception. It has an amazing view on the top floor overlooking St. Pete beach and bright and open BUT we want to have about 80 people and there really isn't that much room to move around and no dance floor for our first dance or toss the bouquet or garter, just a small space behind our 2 person dining table and the DJ would be set up right behind our table too. It is a very nice room though. Then just for the hell of it we stopped by the Trade Winds Island Resort and did our own tour around and the place is amazing! The only downside is that all the rooms are indoor reception halls and no beach views, from what we saw anyway. They are huge though and very high ceilings and plenty of room to move around. We didn't make it over to the Sandpiper portion of the resort though.
OK, so I guess my question is...has anyone heard of or been to receptions at either one of these locations and could help me in making a decision.

Saddlebrook or Marriott Waterside

The two main places I'm thinking about having my wedding is Saddlebrook and the Marriott Waterside. Has anybody ever been to a wedding there or have any other suggestions of a beautiful place to have a ceremony and reception in the same place and have accomodations for our guests?

Has anyone ever been to or had a ceremony or reception at the Radission Clearwater Central on US 19 North? How would you rate it?
