As you can see from the logo, Bridalicious is for anyone who: is going to be a bride, has been a bride, regrets being a bride, will be the mother of the bride or a bridesmaid or has an anniversary.

The Bridalicious Program is designed to accelerate fitness results by "kicking it up a notch" with intervals of cardiovascular training and weight training for a entire body workout. Group sessions run 4, 8 or 12 times per month, depending on location. This program, designed by women for women, can be found exclusively at Shapes Total Fitness for Women.
